Who: OC!Azura Guitierrez & OU!Allen Walker
When: Dec. 12, late afternoon
Where: the school
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Azura and Allen meet in the school building so that Allen can fill her in on the details of why and how she is in Nesreca
Once Azura figured out how to work the device, she had managed to make contact with other people. This has raised her hopes in the beginning, but as she spoke more extensively with them, she felt increasingly helpless. She was beginning to slide down the slippery slope of panic, and it was all she could do to keep herself from turning hysterical. It had been suggested by the two men she had contacted that she turn around immediately and seek shelter in the abandoned school building she had seen. As for the strange little girl who had contacted her, she had no idea what to think about that. One of the men, Allen, a slender, white-haired man with blue eyes and a strange scar, had promised to meet with her at the school.
She turned around and made her way back, tracking the fading footsteps in the old snow. She no longer had any feeling in her toes, fingers or forearms. By the time she finally approached the school, her lips were blue and her skin was icy.
Azura walked in uncertainly through the dilapidated entrance of the building. Everything was in ruins, corroded by nature. The main desk at the entrance sat squarely on its bottom, all four legs missing. Azura just missed the brownish-red stain that blossomed across the surface of the desk; a fortunate thing, or she would have probably snapped. It was no warmer in here, due to holes and drafts in the walls and ceiling, but the wind barely had room to blow. Her toes and fingertips tingled slightly with life.
Tired and upset, Azura paced the length of the room, bare arms shivering. She knew if she stood still, her chances would deplete even further. She had to keep moving, had to produce some sort of body heat. She didn’t know how long it would take Allen to arrive, but if he was as far away as he’d made it sound, she was in a lot of trouble.

Landing with a muted thump in the courtyard about 10 minutes later, he jogged up to the entrance, taking care to keep his footsteps audible so as not to startle Azura.
"Hello? Miss, are you here?" Allen breached the threshold with a booted foot on the last word, gloved hands tugging his hood down to help Azura recognise him. His white hair might give him the illusion of being much older than he actually was, but it's clear from his voice and face that he's still in his teens. A winged ball of gold hovered by his head, someohow managing to look as worried as its master for something with no visible features.
