Summary: Sai and Sasuke meet, oops.

[Sasuke made it a point to stay low while people who didn't belong here - as clearly indicated by a lack of room numbers given to them by Libitina - for who knows how long. It's been over a week, now, and Sasuke's a bit surprised to see and hear that some of these people are still here. Judging from the lack of response and action he's seen on Kakashi and Sai's part, he can only assume that they were returned to where they came from. Gaara, too.

As he defends the crumbling house he's standing in from zombies, he honestly doesn't have any concern about running into other shinobi. He actually feels a bit at ease, and he now realizes that he had actually been a little tense while the others were here and around.

Huh. He really has mellowed out.

Oh well. What's in the past is in the past, and Sasuke is now free to take out anything and everything by both cutting up and burning the zombies trying to get him.

[Good luck finding anything - if anything - that isn't so old that it crumbles easily. That's the downside of this city being over a century old and weather-exposed. And mostly the reason Sasuke didn't go door-to-door looking for information, to be perfectly honest.

When Sasuke sees the door move and open, immediately he's tossing kunai and shuriken at whoever's walking in. He knows that the people who live here seemingly permanently at least know to exercise some form of common courtesy.]

[Sai was not expecting the shuriken suprise when he opened a particular door. Yet even so, as with every other place he had searched so far, he entered not knowing what to expect so he was on alert, leaping to the side as he grabbed the blade on his back and-
