[Lavi had been worn down after several days of fighting, he had patched up the wounds on his head as best he could. Even did a field dressing on the bullet that went through his thigh but it still hurt like a bitch. Probably should get himself to one of the healers sometime soon but...well, he had work to do.

There were a few men still buried in the haunted grounds of the hospital, he had to scare them out too. Perhaps a few fire seals headed in their general direction. He winces as his arm gets jostled while he's shifting positions, the sling helped but it needed serious medical attention.]

After you take care of this, Lavi.

[Sasuke had been wandering around the city throughout the week, making sure that there weren't any soldiers or their traps laying in wait for a surprise attack. He was exhausted, but still pushed himself. Despite that, he only had minimal injuries, surprisingly. It felt good to be out and fight in such a way after three very long, long years.

Though he was wandering, he was also searching for bandages that were hopefully - maybe - left in decent enough condition to be used. Just in case. Though he wasn't the best at it, and it definitely wasn't his field of expertise, he knew a little first aid, at least. Enough to get by in a battle.

His search proved to be hopeless form what he could see, sticking to only the ground floor this time around, and stopped when he noticed the shock of short red hair and hammer that belonged to Lavi. He didn't approach, knowing that after so long, any fighter would likely be on high guard.]

You all right, Lavi?

[They all pushed themselves rather hard to protect their little home, there were so few of them that they had to. The ones that could fight always did so.

Lavi's always managed to keep a few on him, no worries there. Though he does glance Sasuke's way when the shinobi makes his way up. The redhead hushes him.]

There are soldiers in the hospital, saw'em go in hours ago and haven't heard any screams.

[Right, the question.] I'll be alright, just need to see Raven soon.

[That was just always their mentality. Keep going, don't fall.

Raising an eyebrow at the shushing, though he does move closer to make it easier for the two of them to talk.]

I haven't seen any apparitions since I came here either. Perhaps everything Credinta's been doing scared them off for the time being?

[Lavi would find it funny how much Allen has influenced him, he wouldn't have gone this far before.]

You either? Thought I was just hallucinating. [Just a nod at that.]

Want to help me clear the building? I can't kill any of them but I can knock'em out.

[Allen just might be flattered, though it's too bad he doesn't seem to stay long past his first initial stay. ]

Funny how it works. We're so used to it, it's odd for us to come across nothing.

[Oh goodie, more soldiers to beat on! He likes the sound of that.] Why not? Sounds fun.

Now to just hope the building doesn't give us away with creaks and groans.

It's in surprisingly good condition, considering everything's that happened here. If it does, it can be easily fixed. [He should be able to use chakra on Lavi in the same way he can on himself.]

With the ghosts gone it doesn't look as run down. [Heading toward the lobby proper.]

It doesn't. It just feels....empty.

[Depressingly so. But he does follow Lavi without question.]

Maybe they're at the top floor? Snipers?

[Heading toward the stairs but actively checking the shadows.]

Always a possibility. [He always expects worse, unfortunately.]

[Lavi hefts his hammer over his shoulder, peering carefully around corners before gesturing toward the stairs.] One of us at a time. [One goes forward and waits while the one in the back catches up and then moves forward ahead of the first. Then the pattern repeats.]

[All the way up top, then?]

[Hurray! And there's not much to note on the roof, except that it's a little easier to spot the troops even with all the wildlife.

Kinda disappointing, in Sasuke's eyes.]

Guess we got lucky.

I know I saw them go in. Where did they all go?

[Methinks it's time for an ambush 8Da SURPRISE!!]

[SHRIEK. Only not really. Just going to fight to the best of his abilities right now. Sob.]

[Sasuke can certainly cover for Lavi if he needs it too. Less injured and all.]

[No problem! /o/ Shadow clone get, and he's fending off the soldiers until they retreat.]

They have to suddenly appear like that? Good grief. [Still fighting as best he can.]

Surprise is a warrior's best weapon. [Doing the same, and knocking them off of the roof or unconscious where and when he can. The hospital might be massive in square footage, but it's only two stories tall. The soldiers will survive the fall.]

I know that. Doesn't mean they have to do it in a haunted building. [Doesn't have fond memories of this place.]
