Are you kidding?! No way. Shisui was definitely the better of the two, as far as he was concerned.

"Because there's no way I could have returned that shot with a broken bat even if I did hit it. And I did." He took the bat offered to him and flipped it in his hand, inspecting.

But you know, that chuckle had him frowning, and he wore that frown even on the next serve. He couldn't lose.

There were a very many things Shisui would apply 'as far as he was concerned' to, and most of them were things that were so clearly not the way he saw them.

His eyebrow arched slightly, and he threw back the ping pong ball to Shisui quickly, eyes on the game.

He returned that shot with a quick dash, the ball flying right across and embedding itself in a pillar nearby.

It was with a smile that he set the end of his bat on the table, leaning forward and resting his palm there too.

"You can't compare."

Shisui scowled, picking up a new ball and bouncing it once on the edge of the table before catching it in his palm.

"Don't make me flip this table on you Itachi. And anyway, it's just one point. There is ten more to go."

"You know it would never land on me." He muttered in response, eyes following the movement of the ball, taking a moment to glance up at Shisui-- as if questioning why he was taking so long about his serve.
