While he wasn't exactly right on time, Naruto managed to get to the bridge a short amount of time after Matthew did. After all he hate to leave someone hanging for hours on end like Kakashi-sensei does.

His bit of lateness had to be blamed on his refusal to get up on time this morning and which resulted in him not having time to find some food before leaving. So here he is tired, hungary, and not exactly paying attention to the guards as he walks by in plain view while trying to keep an eye out for Matthew.

It didn't seem like the guards were paying much attention to him either...for now.
