Never look a gift horse in the mouth

Characters: Matt, Youji, Open to ppl who might hear
When: October 31st
Where: Nesreca Apartments, stairwell between floors 7 & 6
Rating: PG-13 for corpses?
Summary: Youji wants to play with his present.

There was a loud 'thump thump thump' from the stair well, like the sound of someone falling down the stairs. That someone happened to be dead. And much to Youji's amusement, he might add. He dragged it out of his apartment with much effort and straining before attempting to ride it down the stairs. It didn't end quite like he thought it would, and he glared at the corpse. There was a fair sized bump on his head, but he didn't seem to notice.

"Weak weak weak." The older tilted his head a bit when the other mentioned blood flying. "Blood doesn't fly. It runs." The odd attitude and lack of care must have been rubbing off on Matt. He certainly didn't feel like himself.

"Still can't fly. No wings." A wolfish grin spread over Matt's lips, clearly showing off his fang like teeth. "Not stupid. If you can't be hurt.. Why are you bleeding? Not very strong at all." Matt leaned in close, pressing the screwdriver into the younger's torso, his voice a whisper. "Not strong at all. Weak little boy."

"Still can be hurt." Matt kept the tool in place, glancing to the side as a few more bulbs broke. Grey-brown eyes narrowed at the boy in front of him. "You breaking things..?"

"Never know. Might just. Deserve it." A thin brow arched at the younger. Honestly. What a stupid little boy.

"Hardly scared. No reason to be scared of you." Matt slipped the screwdriver into his pocket to be able to put a fingertip through the hole in the feline ear. He tugged at it a bit, testing its limits. "Matt. What is your name, lest I call you weak and worthless forever."

Matt hooked his finger through all the way to have the finger meet his thumb. There was a testing tug to see how strong the skin was, causing the wound to open again and bleed on the shop keeper's fingers. "Matt Clarke. Now your full name, Youji Worthless."

Matt just raised a brow when Youji said his name and... Whatever that was about controlling it. "Uh... Stupid? My name is mine. Not yours."

He stood still. Fingers still hooked in the ear. Matt just stared at the boy. "Uh... No?"

"...No?" Matt wiggled the ear a bit to prove he wasn't going to let go. What in the world did this kid thing he was doing?

"Has Youji learned anything today?" The larger male just stood in place when he was shoved. Matt wouldn't go anywhere until the boy admitted he had done wrong. Maybe he'd even patch up the wound for the cat. He did like cats...

Matt reached up with his other hand to pinch the unharmed ear, tugging it while he tugged the other. "...What important lesson did you learn?"

[identity profile] clockworkkeeper.livejournal.com 2010-11-07 03:49 am (UTC)(link)
"Mmm... Close but not all right..." Matt gave the ears a few more tugs before he started rubbing them lightly with his thumbs, much like he did with Lady Grey. "What else?"

[identity profile] clockworkkeeper.livejournal.com 2010-11-07 04:02 am (UTC)(link)
"...." Matt gave another tug to the unharmed ear before going back to rubbing. "No. Not a pervert. Perverts are bad. Not bad."

"Never had any ears." Tilting his head to the side, the older watched the cat boy a bit. "No one had ears."
