Characters: Rhode Kamelot's Evil Twin & YOU.
When: The week of March 12th.
Where: Inside your little minds. ♥
Rating: R. Rhode does not play nice normally. She is definitely not playing nice now.
Summary: Rhode's evil doppleganger is causing havoc within the minds of the people of Nesreca. No one is safe -- not her family, not her friends, and especially not her enemies.

Shoot me a PM with details on what you want your character to have nightmares about. NO ONE IS SAFE from evil!Rhode, bwahaha. And she will be invading heads and fucking with people's dreams ALL WEEK.

He stiffens, gritting his teeth as he tries to ignore the pain his scars are beginning to give him.

Tyki tightens his grip, eyes completely emotionless as he stares at Joyd, refusing to answer his questions.

The lack of emotion only causes him to grin.

"It's there~. Right under the surface."

There's the tiniest shift just behind Joyd -- the slightest ripple in the air -- but Joyd doesn't seem to notice.

His fingers curl around his heart. The same position Tyki has put dozens of people before in the past.

"You can tell me anything, Ty~ki."

While Joyd doesn't notice the ripple, Tyki does. And he becomes wary. Is it his Rhode or the one that shares her face?

But Tyki smirks, ignoring the fact that his life is in danger at the moment. He tilts his head at the Memory.

"Oh, but I'm afraid that I won't. The only people I'll ever trust is Family." Which Joyd isn't. Never will be. Rhode is. And so is the cheating lad to a certain extent.

"Where is your Family right now?"

The Memory tightens his grip on Tyki's heart, threatening to rip it clean out of his chest --

Until Rhode breaks through into the reality, blood dripping from her hands as she summons a volley of candles, three or four shooting directly into Joyd's back, causing him to break his grip on Tyki.

"Leave him alone," Rhode snarls, tossing another candle at the representation of Joyd, and another, and another, until the Noah is forced to his knees with a choke.

After all, this is her world. And her rules apply.

Tyki coughs a bit when Joyd released him, rubbing his chest as he watches Joyd goes down to his knees.

But then he looks at Rhode, eyes wary although he knows for sure that this one is his. It's not something one can get over so easily. Being trapped in a dream world, and having someone - like yourself, in a way - trying to kill you.

Another candle causes Joyd to be knocked backwards completely and Rhode darts forward, skidding to a stop as she stares at the carnage around them. The dead Family members -- Cyril, Lulubell, herself, run through with Allen's sword --

Her fingers curl into tiny fists as she understands what Tyki must have seen.

The images vanish abruptly, as Rhode seizes control of the realm -- and she darts forward, slowly only inches from Tyki, reaching out a hand to carefully touch his chest.

"Tyki."

It's a soft sound.

I'm here.

His first reaction is to pull away from the touch, his eyes narrowed.

Though, Tyki soon tugs Rhode into a hug, a strained smile on his face. "For once, you're the one who's late this time, love."

When Tyki moves away, her eyes narrow slightly. Tyki never denies her anything... which only serves to infuriate her more.

Tormenting the Exorcists, that was one thing -- tormenting everyone else in this damnable city, that was perfectly fine by her.

But Tyki?

That girl was going to die for this.

Once Tyki tugs her into the hug, though, her arms go around his neck, as tightly as they can, to keep him grounded.

"Well, you're a bad influence," Rhode mutters, but it's soothing.

She isn't going to allow anything to happen to him anymore.

Tyki relaxes a bit, burying his nose into her hair. It really is Rhode this time. Not the evil twin.

He chuckles a bit at her reply, lifting her up so that he's carrying her.

"I'm hardly that much of a terrible influence. That aside, it's time we leave this place, don't you?" Because he refuses to remain in this dream world. Not where there's still a possibility he'll continue to be haunted by the visions that he's seen.

"You're an awful influence. You're lazy and you gamble too much and you drink like a fish."

But Rhode relaxes in his hold, letting her legs dangle, as she closes her eyes to slip them back into the real world.

And, just like that, they're standing within Nesreca once again.

"And yet you're always with me, love."

He releases a sigh, which could be one of relief, but who knows at this point. Tyki is going to certainly carry her up to his room now. There's no way he's planning to let go of his niece anytime soon now that she's here.

"That's because you give me whatever I want."

She rests her chin on his shoulder, not complaining at the tight hold or the fact that they're obviously not going to her room. She wants to stay with him, anyway. No one else can keep his mind safe.

There's a quiet pause.

"You won't lose control. Tyki isn't an idiot like Allen."

So don't ever worry about it because I won't let it happen, so long as you don't want it to.

Tyki doesn't answer, choosing to hum in acknowledgment instead. He knows that she'll be there with him. She's always been there. But this is a fear that he intends to keep to himself if he can.

Thank you. It should be felt in the air, with the way Tyki's arms tightens around her briefly before relaxing.

Once they reach his room, Tyki puts Rhode down.

She moves her arms around his waist to hug him tightly and frowns up at him with searching eyes, to make sure, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he is okay.

She will be there for as long as he needs her there.

"Do you want me to look?"

To get rid of it. To ensure he will never see whatever he saw again.

He runs his hand through her hair as he looks down at her.

Though, he does pause at the question. Does he want to get rid of it? He's not sure.

"I don't think it's necessary, love."

"It won't happen ever again."

It's said a bit fiercely, as she hugs him tightly, before letting go to right an upended chair. To use her own powers against her Family is unforgivable. Even Rhode has a line, in what she does. And the twin crossed it.

Tyki nods and moves to sit down on his bed, tugging Rhode with him. Right now, all he wants to do is rest, but he's not sure if that's a good thing at the moment.

Not with evil twins wreaking havoc.

Rhode immediately moves to sit as his side, arms looped around his shoulders.

"I'll keep watch."

A quiet promise. She isn't going to sleep any time soon and, besides, Allen had told her he would handle his own evil twin. If he needed help, Rhode would assist him.

But for the time being, Tyki's twin was taken care of, and Rhode's evil twin would certainly be running scared after the thrashing Rhode gave her to take control of the dream world.

There isn't anything left to do except wait.

"You can sleep."

"You need to rest too, love." But he moves to lie down on the bed anyway, which may or may not end up having Rhode lie down with him as well.

Either way, he tugs her close and closes his eyes.

"I am resting."

She lets him tug her close, content to curl into a ball against his chest, listening to him breathe.

"Go to bed, Tyki. ♥"

Tyki huffs a bit, but in no time, Rhode should hear him fall asleep, his arm that's wrapped around her relaxing a bit.

Rhode is quiet, but very carefully dips into his mind, silent and unobtrusive, in order to make sure that his mind is clear... so that when Tyki sleeps, he doesn't see whatever the other Rhode shows him. He wants to rest, so he will rest.

Once she's done with that, Rhode remains unusually still, eyes trained on the door, gently smoothing down Tyki's hair while he sleeps to let him know that she's here.

She will not sleep.

lol Your uncle has a built in booze-radar, Rhode!

It's too bad she's not 'old' enough for that particular talent, but she'll take what she can get.

They could find new dresses for her too.
