Kanda gave a pained grunt as he stumbled forward, careful of the candle at his throat. He took a moment to simply breathe before letting his eyes quickly scan what he could see of the ground. He'd kneel down to get a better look, but as he reached back to try and pull the candle out of his shoulder, he figured that Rhode would take that opportunity to pin him to the ground. Literally.

Still, despite his situation, he had to give a smirk at the comment. "You tempt me, Rhode."
