The titans were a varied mix, really--each with different talents and strengths and weaknesses. She wasn't going to discount obvious skill simply because he wasn't a physical fighter. Nor did it mean he likely couldn't defend himself anyways, if he had to, without his guns.

Really, it made Raven smile--as his mind was clearly focused. He seemed to be...not as upset, or at least relaxing somewhat and working through whatever was upsetting him. It wouldn't fix it all, but it would help--and it was a start.
